looks promising, but...

...are there instructions for this thing somewhere? I just downloaded it based on its name and the strength of the reviews its getting, and Im presented with a bunch of options but I dont feel like I have any clue as to how to use them. I dont know if theres a recommended approach, a best order to do things in, if theres a reason one duration of cleaning time is more effective than another...theres no structure that I can identify. and if theres anything I already lack enough of in my life, its structure (thats a big factor in how I got into this mess in the first place).
